Our company provides civil engineering solutions to both national and regional contractors with projects ranging in scope from £250,000.

We have an extensive training program to ensure that all our employees and subcontractors comply with current health and safety legislation. All our operative’s / sub contractors are CSCS and/or CPCS trained.

Our head office situated between Bromsgrove, Droitwich & Redditch controls all operational, commercial, procurement and administrative functions along with offering value engineering services.
A hardworking background in contracting and then groundworks has seen Edward create and build one of the Midlands most successful ground works and civil engineering companies. Establishing a secure client base and dedicated workforce due to his pragmatic approach to the business and the industry alike. An owner and partner of several successful ventures Edward’s enthusiasm shows no sign of letting up.
He received a degree (BSC with Honours) in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from the University of Wolverhampton. As well as working for some of the Midlands largest civil engineering contractors in senior commercial positions he has also helped establish and sell a thriving civil engineering company. He also established a private house building company, but his sole focus is now with ETG as commercial manager overseeing all estimating, buying and surveying aspects.

An established and respected professional with a background in Engineering. By supporting clients up front and ensuring the accuracy of ETG’s site undertakings, Richard has grown a reputation as a committed, professional and very accurate individual in his discipline. Richards qualifications include a BEng in civil engineering and MSc in computer networks.
Nick Worthington- Williams

Nick began his geotechnical career in 2008, since then he has gained extensive experience of geotechnical laboratory testing methods and in-situ materials testing. He then later became a laboratory & quality manager for a leading geotechnical consultancy company.
Over the years Nick has worked on various prestigious projects; A244 Walton Bridge, A14 Ellington to Fen Ditton, Paddington Station Upgrade, Frankley WTW, Brighton & Peacehaven WwTW, Farringdon Station Upgrade, Hinkley Point C, m4 Toll booth removal and many solar farm projects (including the largest in the UK) and IKEA – Exeter.
With this vast amount of experience Nick now looks after all pre-construction testing, site testing and associated training for site operatives within our sister company ETS Earthworks and Stabilisation.
